So it's Easter... how did that happen? We have seen the shortest day pass and now the shop is full of families on their Easter holidays, we love to see people enjoying themselves, and are very grateful that so many people choose to come to the beautiful Lake District in their free time. We are pleasantly surprised by how many people come back time and time again, I know that Tony and I have our favourite places to go so why shouldn't others? If we weren't lucky enough to live here then it would certainly be high on our list to come on holiday to!
We have been busy in the shop with new products arriving, we all enjoy unpacking the boxes and seeing what we have to get out on sale, sometimes its that ' how to squeeze a pint into a half pint pot ' but we always manage... we always think the more choice the better, and going back to what I said earlier, because so many people visit regularly, along with our wonderful local supporters, then we feel the pressure to show new lines all the time.
