If you have placed an order online and find you would like to add to it, providing it hasn’t been despatched then adding to it is not a problem.

If after placing an order you decide you would like to cancel all or part of it, please contact us on 01768 772 400 or email@example.com. If your order hasn’t been despatched, we will cancel it and refund you.
If your order has been despatched you can send the goods back to us at your expense. Please ensure they are securely packed in their original packaging with a note of the order number and a reason for their return. On receipt of the returned goods we will issue a refund. The refund should appear on your account in 1-5 days.

We may ask you to email us photographs of the damage to avoid you having to return them. We will then arrange with you either replacements to be sent or to issue a refund.
